Bridging program/vocational orientation

We support young people who have completed their compulsory schooling in a dual system (internships and school) to develop their academic and employment skills and prepare them specifically for their vocational training. The aim is to conclude an apprenticeship contract and integrate them into the training facilities.

This course combines academic content with practical work to prepare people for the possibility of successfully completing vocational training in the primary or sheltered labor market. The vocational orientation course consists of three main modules: Clarification, Education and Training.

Coaches within the program support participants in identifying their personal and professional strengths, their suitability for training, the appropriate level of training and any need for additional support in order to achieve their individual professional goals.
