In addition to the performance targets, which are adapted to the primary labor market, the focus is also on the personal and individual development of the apprentices. During their training, they are guided by specialist staff through the areas of cleaning technology, laundry, nutrition/catering and guest care, while at the same time learning how to take responsibility for their own health.
As an external partner, we are supported in the training of our clients by various companies in the catering industry as well as in the home and hospital sector. The trainees have the opportunity not only to deepen their professional skills in external companies, but also to strengthen their interpersonal skills. Direct contact with customers and employees promotes holistic learning and contributes to the development of their social and teamwork skills.
