Internal support course

The support course accompanies vocational learners while they complete the public vocational school. Once a week or as required, learners are supported with their homework, prepared for exams and learning content is reinforced. To this end, the school-based support course works closely with the vocational trainers at the training facilities and the vocational schools.

Vocational Integration
Internal support course

During their time at the public vocational school, students have access to internal support courses that serve as a supplement to their regular vocational training. These courses enable trainees to improve and deepen their specific knowledge and skills. The additional offer provides weekly support with difficult subjects and specific issues relating to homework and exam preparation.

These support courses are an integral part of the vocational qualification programs. They can be flexibly adapted to meet individual needs.

Secondary school A and E

In the internal secondary school, young people of compulsory school age obtain a recognized qualification. With practical and project-oriented lessons, individual support is provided to enable them to progress to vocational school.

Suitability assessment

Professional, social and cognitive skills for professional integration are systematically focused directly in practice. The aim is to define potential recommendations for professional integration programs.

Basic vocational training EBA/EFZ

Basic vocational training EBA/EFZ combines apprenticeships in our companies facilities with public vocational schools and support courses. The focus is on training close to the labor market as well as promoting professional and personal skills.

Job training

In job training, we specifically strengthen resilience and performance in a work-related environment to enable a gradual return to everyday working life after stressful life situations.

Vocational preparation

As preparation for basic EBA/EFZ training or a return to work, we promote job-specific skills in a graduated model. The program takes place directly in our facilities and is carried out by the respective training supervisor.

Bridging program/vocational orientation

We support young people who have completed compulsory schooling in a dual system (internships and school) in developing their academic and labor market skills. The aim is to conclude an apprenticeship contract and integrate them into the training facilities.

Job coaching

Job coaching accompanies the re-entry or training as well as the subsequent professional phase. It supports those affected and employers with integration and the exchange of knowledge in special and potentially stressful situations.
