Work training

The work training lasts three to twelve months and brings people (including those without professional or employable qualifications) back to the level of the primary labor market after a long period of unemployment. During this time, skills in the areas of presence and performance are trained so that they can later be reintegrated into the primary labor market (temporarily or permanently) via the recruitment agency.

The work training extends over a period of three to twelve months and aims to bring people who have no specific professional qualifications due to long periods of unemployment back to the level of the primary labor market. During this period, the focus is on developing key skills in the areas of presence and performance, which prepares participants for a successful return to the primary labor market later via the placement services, either temporarily or permanently.

There is also the opportunity to complete qualification courses. This can include, for example, obtaining certificates such as the forklift test or taking part in specialized courses in the twelve different professional sectors at the Erlenhof | Zentrum. These qualification courses serve to update the individual portfolio and provide participants with additional skills and qualifications in order to expand their opportunities on the job market and promote their professional development.
