Labor market preparation

The job market preparation program offers work placements within our twelve occupational sectors, each lasting between one and six months and taking place in the host facilities and within the company network (from the second to the supported to the first job market). People with vocational qualifications are prepared for the primary labor market after a long period of unemployment.

Labor market preparation

In our preparation program, we offer internships in twelve different professional sectors, each lasting between one and six months. These internships take place in our facilities and within our network of facilities, ranging from integration into the secondary labor market to a full return to the primary labor market. Our aim is to successfully prepare professionally qualified people for the primary labor market after a long period of unemployment.

As part of the program, application processes are actively practiced and participants are actively supported in their placement in the primary labour market.

Brief clarification/assessment

The program offers 18- to 55-year-olds with gaps in their employment, social/psychological challenges or a migration background the opportunity to return to the job market in various sectors.

Work training

The program, which lasts up to twelve months, prepares unemployed people for the primary labour market. Skills are further developed for integration into the current world of work.

Dual integration program

The UMA complete a combined program of two days of German and three days of vocational training in a preparatory internship or apprenticeship (EBA/EFZ).

Pro Kultura

Participants maintain public facilities and support the work yard. They experience a value-oriented daily structure with meaningful tasks and gain cultural and social access.

i-job

The project offers secure long-term jobs for social welfare recipients who have been unemployed for many years and are over 55 years old and/or show a reduction in their ability to work.
