At Chinderhuus Trampi, upbringing, education and close cooperation with parents are essential components of our caring childcare. We promote the children’s individual development and independent activity in a family atmosphere in which they can playfully explore their environment. Chinderhuus Trampi is a valuable place to learn, play and live that complements the family.
We attach particular importance to a healthy diet. We offer child-friendly, varied meals and take into account special dietary requirements in the event of intolerances or allergies. Once a month, we cook together with the children.
Our childcare staff are reflective and committed to promoting the healthy development of the children. The focus is on the child’s self-efficacy, which is supported by the entire team. An appreciative approach is a matter of course for us.
Regular target agreement meetings and further training in pedagogical areas are part of our quality management. We maintain a regular and transparent exchange with parents, which promotes a trusting relationship and supports parents in their educational work.
We act according to ecological principles, use resources effectively and continuously adapt our structure to the needs of our clientele. Chinderhuus Trampi is non-denominational and welcomes children regardless of religion or nationality.
