Brief clarification/assessment

The (short) clarification program lasts one to three months and is based on an assessment with a low-threshold job offer in the Erlenhof | Stiftung companies.

Brief clarification/assessment

The program is aimed at people over the age of 18 and up to 55 who need clarification regarding their skills, opportunities and chances of labour market integration due to their (long-term) unemployment, their social and/or psychological issues or their background. With an activity based on their individual skills, a brief assessment, a recommendation and the compilation of their qualifications, participants in the program are given the opportunity to be placed in the regular labour market.

Thanks to the wide range of sectors offered by Erlenhof | Stiftung and the different departments with correspondingly diversified skills, the employment and assessment program is also a selection process for different target groups of social welfare, especially for asylum seekers on the path to cultural, social and professional integration.

Further offers for work integration

Work training

The program, which lasts up to twelve months, prepares unemployed people for the primary labour market. Skills are further developed for integration into the current world of work.

Labor market preparation

In this program, people with major career gaps receive further training within our twelve professional sectors and qualify for the primary labor market through internships.

Dual integration program

The UMA complete a combined program of two days of German and three days of vocational training in a preparatory internship or apprenticeship (EBA/EFZ).

Pro Kultura

Participants maintain public facilities and support the work yard. They experience a value-oriented daily structure with meaningful tasks and gain cultural and social access.

i-job

The project offers secure long-term jobs for social welfare recipients who have been unemployed for many years and are over 55 years old and/or show a reduction in their ability to work.
