Labor integration

With its work integration services, Erlenhof | Stiftung enables people to integrate into the economy and society. We help people to find a job on the primary labor market once they have gained their professional qualifications. With the help of our network of partner companies that support us with their social commitment and our connection to the economy in Northwestern Switzerland, we can accompany people who are seeking gradual integration or reorientation after a professional qualification in the second labor market, after prolonged unemployment, with a migration background and refugee experience as well as after hospital stays. We also offer programs that enable people on social assistance to find a social community and daily structure.

Brief clarification/assessment

The program offers 18- to 55-year-olds with gaps in their employment, social/psychological challenges or a migration background the opportunity to return to the job market in various sectors.

Work training

The program, which lasts up to twelve months, prepares unemployed people for the primary labour market. Skills are further developed for integration into the current world of work.

Labor market preparation

In this program, people with major career gaps receive further training within our twelve professional sectors and qualify for the primary labor market through internships.

Dual integration program

The UMA complete a combined program of two days of German and three days of vocational training in a preparatory internship or apprenticeship (EBA/EFZ).

Pro Kultura

Participants maintain public facilities and support the work yard. They experience a value-oriented daily structure with meaningful tasks and gain cultural and social access.

i-job

The project offers secure long-term jobs for social welfare recipients who have been unemployed for many years and are over 55 years old and/or show a reduction in their ability to work.
