Job coaching

Job coaching provides support for people following vocational training or returning to work. The job coaches support the people concerned and their employers with integration, the transfer of know-how in dealing with them and in dealing with any stressful situations.

The main objective of job coaching is to maintain and further promote the assigned person’s ability to act and make decisions independently as part of a goal- and solution-oriented dialog. The duration is determined on an individual basis and agreed in consultation with the relevant IV office.

Job coaching is used to support people during vocational training and after completion or when re-entering the job market. The coaches are on hand to help those affected and employers with integration, impart knowledge about specific situations and overcome any stressful challenges.
